A Brave Daughter
Sara is 21 years old young, intelligent, charming, and jolly girl who loves her father more than anything in the whole universe and also idealizes and adores him this is the reason she chose to study business just like her father. Her father is a successful businessman. Her father spends time teaching her the basics of business and sometimes they also discuss different topics. They both have many plans such as her father will hand over his whole business to his daughter after the completion of degree and training. She is an elder daughter and has two younger twin siblings, a brother and a sister who are in school. Her mother is a decent and simple woman who is a housewife and loves baking.
Her father and his business partner were good friends and he trusted him. One day her father received a court notice which showed that he was involved in fraud and embezzlement. He didn't tell anyone to except his business partner who refused to help him and they both argued. Her father understood that it was his partner's fault and he trapped him. After two days, police came to their house and not only arrested him but also sealed their house in front of her mother and siblings. They blocked their bank accounts. They called her father’s business partner and friend but he didn’t receive a single call. Her mother also made some calls but no one was ready to help them even her friend made fun of them. They had no one who helped them. They had nowhere to go. Her mother sold her gold chain, earrings, and rings to pay rent for a place where she took her children and buy them some food. Sara was observing all the situation and still was in shock.
The next day, her mother went to the police station and met her husband who told her that his business partner was responsible for all of this and told her not to bring children to prison. When she reached home the first thing she did was to call his husband’s lawyer and told him everything that her husband told him but he refused to help them because now that business partner paid him and he did not want to lose his job. Sara overheard their conversation and went to her father’s office and found that his father’s business partner became a boss. She entered his office and yelled at him “I know everything, why did you do this to us? My father trusted you blindly” and came out of the office.
Sara was devastated and missed her father so much. She wanted to go and see her father but her mother stopped her. After knowing the truth and seeing her family’s condition, she decided to do a job and support her family. That night she was staring at the wall and crying thinking about her innocent father. That was the night when Sara realized that this world is very cruel. She got up and wiped her tears and promised herself and decided to take revenge on her father's business partner. She found herself stronger.
The next morning, she woke up and found everyone sad and devastated. There was an awkward silence. Sara went to her mother hugged her and told her that she was going out for finding a job. Her mother kissed her forehead and said that “your siblings and I are here for you and our prayers are with you”. Sara went to some offices but no one was ready to hire her because she was still pursuing her degree. She came back home tired but she didn’t lose hope. She talked to her mother about the day and her mother shared that she wanted to start a baking business and asked for her help in making an online page. But they do not have enough money to start that business. Her mother sold everything now she had nothing. Sara had a pair of gold earrings and a chain that her father gave her on her 18th birthday. She didn’t want to sell this precious jewelry but they needed money so she decided to sell it and comforted herself by thinking that these are worldly things. She read in the newspaper that there was a small company that was willing to hire someone who holds an assistant diploma. Sara was earned her assistant diploma last summer so she found herself hopeful and a good fit for this job and decided to go there in the morning.
The next day, she again went out for the job but first, she went to a jewelry store and sold out her precious jewelry. Then she went to that office and show her documents to a boss. She did well in an interview. When she came back home she handed over her mother all the money so that she started her baking business. At first, she didn’t get many orders but after some time she got so many orders. After three days, Sara also got a call from the office. She got a job but the salary was very low. Still, she accepted the job happily and started working as an assistant. She again started her studies. She worked hard. She used the basic knowledge of business that her father gave her to inspire her boss. She completed her degree after a year and she got a promotion as well. Her mother’s baking business was also going well. They both earned well enough to hire a great lawyer for Sara’s father. Her siblings were going to school again. All that time Sara missed her father so much but could not show it. They met the lawyer and told him every detail. Her father’s business partner got court notice.
At the first court hearing, Sara saw her father after a year. Her eyes were full of tears. She wanted to hug him but couldn’t. After few court hearings, they set her father free. Her father got back her business, house, and bank balance. Her father’s business partner had to pay a fine of up to $15000 between twenty years in prison.
There is a saying that: “As you sow, so shall you reap”
Sara and her mother proved that women are no less indispensable than men. They faced this cruel world and their harsh words. They struggled and worked hard to get Sara’s father out of prison. Her father was very proud of her daughter and wife.
A real strong woman accepts the war she went through and is ennobled by her scars.
You've got such amazing work ethic.🤩❤️🔥
